After a beautiful sunny Easter weekend, it's time for more news on this blog.Here is a brief summary of what we saw and what we did, beginning with Day 1.

DAY 1: Monday April 6th, 2009
After a very early start, we arrived in Lille where we had time to visit the city with two special guides who live in Lille: a friend of Melanie's and Christina Menez, who in the past was an English teacher at UIAD! (She met some of her students!)
Eurostar into St Pancras Railway Station; bus tour of London; St Paul's Cathedral visit. Our first afternoon with our fantastic guides, Monique and Peter.
Then, we went to our hotel in Canary Wharf. After checking in, we went to have dinner at an Indian restaurant...Students, do you have any comments to make here??
